On Wednesday 18/11, we have the great honor of welcoming brothers Andrea and Michele from the acclaimed restaurant Seven Restaurant Café in Monteleone d'Orvieto for a unique guest appearance with us.
Straight from the deep, magical forests of Umbria, they bring with them autumn's ultimate culinary treasure: genuine white truffle.
Together, the brothers run Seven Restaurant Café as a family business where hospitality and passion for Umbrian traditions are everything. They are also dedicated truffle hunters who seek the exclusive tubers together with their truffle dogs Argo, Livio, and Bella.
